“The staff were fabulous; very helpful and friendly, especially the cleaning staff and security guards (I met several, and they were wonderful and helpful). The room was a good size. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of TV channels. It was nice to swim in the pool. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, with good security It is an older property, but it is maintained quite well. The free airport shuttle is fantastic. I……

“The party on Friday last to “4am” , and I’ll never recommend this hotel for travelers who plan to have business trip in Port Moresby.”

“Travelled with family for a weekend to use the pool. Booked the two bedroom premium room. Check-in was delayed by an hour because staff could not figure out difference between included breakfast in initial booking. Very unprofessional in service and did not offer appropriate explanation, I had to pay for breakfast again even though Expedia itinerary had included breakfast in overall cost. Pool was only opened for an hour, and closed off for the remainder of the weekend due to cleaning. Guests……

“All though I dint use the kitchen, I find the environment very calm, clean and private.. The staff was friendly and there was a lot of shade trees round the yard.”

“Excellent Hotel. The entrance though can be reconstructed better for arrivals and pick ups. The high fence should be removed in my opinion. Overall best hotel inclusion into Port Moresby.”
