“The staff is helpful, but the bedsheet, blanket and pillowcases are not clean they were not changed after last use. Mattress was bit firm but ok for sleep. AC, fan and TV were working. Phone has got lot of dust on it. Bathroom and toilet were ok, hot water provided, towel again is not clean. No name board outside, and is upstairs, so difficult to find it if you come in the night. Never buy or order food from the ( Azwan ? )restaurant menu card in the room, the food was horrible, I personally……

“Overall the property was good. Communication was a bit lacking as we weren't informed of a party of building residents that played loud music or the fact that they do not have a 24 hour desk person to reach. Extra toilet paper wasn't provided as well which I'm sure they would have provided if asked but you shouldn't need to tbh. Hot water was an on and off situation. Overall my stay was a short one and I picked the property for its pet friendliness and distance to the airport.”

“Not very well sign posted. Bed was comfortable but bathroom facility quite risky to use for an elderly person. Although the description said that a continental breakfast could be ordered for an extra charge, they could only get me a south Indian breakfast and that too after several requests. At checkout, the rather sheepish manager thought it best not to charge me for breakfast and rightly so! The lackadaisical Manager left most things for the young bell boy to cope with and it is this young……
