"Excellent service"

"Very cozy hotel. Very easy access and the free parking is a huge plus. The room I booked was not the best they have but they have some great alternatives. The restaurant/food was amazing. Staff was very courteous and helpful and pleasant."

"We absolutely adored this property- the perfect retreat into the countryside of Pamplona. The most helpful staff and adorable animals on the property. "

"Complicated check in, no room keys but need to use cell to unlock doors, which can fail due to bad signal"

"Un seul mot « fantastique »"

"Zeer behulpzame eigenaresse. Ontbijt was keurig verzorgd."

"This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!"
