「This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, and I have been to world best hotels. The staff is very helpful and polite. Room is spacious and with breathtaking views . Everything is good about this hotel and location. Will definitely revisit once in San Sebastián. Highly recommend. Want to mention Javier from Oteiza, who served as at breakfast and lunch- professional ,polite, goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.」

「This is the second time that I have stayed at this property. The first was 10 years ago under previous management. The property is in excellent condition as it was the first time I went there. The new owners are very nice people unfriendly and served a very good breakfast. I particularly like the spot because there’s a beautiful little church up on a mountain behind the accommodations that you can walk to and it is very peaceful up there and there are some hiking options as well. We stopped here...

「The staff at Valdelana were fantastic. In October, restaurants are not always open but the hotel staff were informative. There are not dependable taxis in Elciego so it is great if you have a car. The cellar tour and tasting is not to be missed. I will stay here again and again.」
