Nice home, good beds. Check in was seamless. Quick response to my question on using the kayaks. A little walk to beach access area or a minute drive. Nice to have a pool and tennis court although we did not have time to use them on our 2 night stay. There was tennis rackets and balls, lots of beach toys, 2 beach chairs, pickleball paddles but no balls.

Great property close to public beach access

This property was great. The host was very communicative if something wouldn't be available during our stay. There were kayaks, beach chairs and so much more available for us to use. The views of the sound were gorgeous. The house is off the main road so you don't hear the traffic. Overall, wonderful stay and we'd rent again!

Overall a great stay! The place was super clean, comfy, and beautiful. The beach supplies were nice and we loved the kayaks. The only issue was no internet. This was a trip with my book club, and one of my friends had some work to upload and submit the evening we arrived, but the WiFi was broken and unfixable. The host was nice though and gave us a credit for the inconvenience.

Great location!

We had overall great experience! We rented a golf cart and had a great time riding around! I reached out to property manager who did say they were in the process of updating pictures of back area online. They are building a new house blocking some of the view.

Frequent travelers to the area.

Over all stay was excellent. The pool & hot tub was in poor condition & should be updated. A new home is under construction that virtually blocks the view of the bay. Nice home with outstanding service.

So many amenities!

Had a great visit to the beach! Loved the amenities in the garage: 3 kayaks and lots of life jackets, several bikes, fishing poles, beach toys, beach chair (note, only 1). Was so nice being able to enjoy these activities without hauling things ourselves from home. House was perfect. As noted in other reviews, community hot tub is still not working correctly. Pool is also not heated, but we had enough fun at the beach that we never needed a pool option. Having (backyard) access to the Sound was so nice with young kids and had the extra benefit of providing a beach option when flag status on the Gulf side wasn’t favorable.

Perfect beach home

Beautiful house right on the Sound where we spent a good bit of our time. Very short walk to the ocean side. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the views.

Navarre Beach is Beautiful

The location of the property is perfect. Navarre and Navarre Beach are a little slice of paradise. We appreciated the relaxed pace and the convience of walking to and from the Gulf side beach. The interior of the house is well maintained and we found it to be very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the exterior living areas are not maintained. All of the exterior decks and furniture were covered in bird poop that had been clearly piling up for weeks, chipping paint and splintered wood. We did have to clean (some required scrubbing) the outdoor furniture before it could be used. We did find all ammenities to be on property as listed. The bicycles were enjoyable to ride. The kayaks were all damaged in some form or another and not rated for the bodies of water that surroud the property. We are experienced kayakers and did not feel safe using them in the Sound and definitely would not use them on the Gulf Side. The neighborhood pool is nice and clean. The hot tub did not work and neighbors confirmed it does not and has not worked for a while. Unfortunately, we found all of the electronic ammenities to be a mess and most not functioning. The property manager was responsive when Wi-fi was not working, but it was a burden on my families vacation as we spent 2 of our precious days coordinating with and supervising AT&T as they repaired what they described as "service that had not been functioning for a couple of months due to interior lines not being properly protected and maintained from environmental damage". This was a huge frustration that could have been avoided if the Property Managers were to do regular maintance checks on the home. Our overall impression was the location is pristine, interior of home was clean and well maintained. The exterior of the home is neglected and in need of regular maintanance that is not happening causing what is clearly deteroration of the home. The access to the Sound is restricted by private property and construction to a very small piece of "beach" shared by the entire neighborhood so at times was blocked by people beaching for the day. Beach access on the Gulf side was perfect and convienent.

Great Stay In Navarre

We just stayed 4 nights in this beautiful house in Navarre. The location was great! We loved waking up to the beautiful water view. The house was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Checking in and out was very smooth. We appreciated the property managers checking in to make sure that we were having a good stay. We would highly recommend this house.

Great place

We had a great stay!! This home was in a great neighborhood. Beautiful view off the back deck of the sound and easy access to sound as well!! We cooked in every night so kitchen well equipped!! Lots of extras from the bikes, kayaks, beach chairs to beach towels!! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful Views

The house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful views of the bay from the back. Easy access to the beach, but it is a little walk for sure. The pool is not heated in October, and it was freezing! The hot tub was not heating either, and that was disappointing. Overall, it was a great stay though.

Absolutely LOVED it!

This was our first trip to Navarre and we loved it here. The house was perfect and stocked with everything you could need. It was clean and welcoming. We loved kayaking in the sound and the beach toys for the grands was a plus. Highly recommend this property. We will be returning!

Nice stay

Place was very clean and we throughly enjoyed staying there. Only downside was construction on a new house across the street. Lots of noise early in the morning and vehicles blocking the street. We still had a great time and will probably try to stay here again when we return.
