We will be back!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! It was super cute and very cozy! The walk to the beach was way easier than what we had in mind-it took about as much time as when we stay right on the beach! We were so impressed with this condo and would love to stay again when we come back!

Perfect weekend getaway!

My family and I stayed here for a birthday weekend celebration. The location was great and the condo was perfect. Spacious and tidy and had all the essentials needed for a memorable stay. Instructions were easy and there was plenty of parking. We walked across the street to the beach everyday and enjoyed the restaurants/bars at night. I would highly recommend this Navarre Beach condo for your trip.

First trip in 4 years

The room had plenty of space and a great view. The balcony had lots of nice chairs to relax. Everything you could think of that u might need was there. My husband is a chef so having a good knife and cutting board is important lol.. the property owner was very nice in getting us a later check out and needs.. over all great experience will definitely go back!

The condo was nice but Navarre is not on my top best beach list was my first and last trip there

I thought it was ocean view it was on the side of the sound. I was not impressed with Navarre. There are no good restaurants to eat at! The beach is horrible! I will not be returning to this beach, there were no sea shells to be found anywhere.

Great place

We had a wonderful time! Lots of relaxing, though I had to work a few days of our visit. It was good to have a change of scenery. The place has plenty of room, clean, easy to access. Ken was super helpful and prompt answering questions. We didn’t eat out - still social distancing and masking in these times of pandemic, but the location is great, easy walk to the beach, and a very short drive to less populated beach areas. We’re a family of five and again, had plenty of space for all of us. We could have used some additional basics - toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent - and there were no basic condiments (salt pepper oil etc), as the listing suggested there might/would be. Perhaps that’s a nod to the pandemic. Either way, it was great ans we would certainly book again!

A nice stay

We travel annually to Navarre and have for years and unfortunately it is no longer “Florida’s best kept secret.” It was very busy over Memorial Day weekend which to some degree was expected. There were some rather distasteful non-family friendly visitors staying on the property. Some playing music so offensive my family and others left the pool. It’s not very far down from the causeway so the traffic backed up past the condo over the weekend. The condo itself is lovely. The decor was nice and the balcony was a beautiful view of The Sound. There were no beach toys so we bought some and left them behind. The only disappointments were the mattresses. My parents stayed in the room closest to the balcony and the mattress was so lopsided, no matter how they moved it, it could not be fixed. My mom fell out of bed this morning and seriously considered sleeping on the floor. While checking to make sure my kids got their toys and things from the couch, we lifted the couch cushions and found candy, wrappers, dried mustard, etc. None of the stuff we had at the condo. That was kind of gross. Otherwise the condo was great and had everything we needed. I would recommend this place to others. My only suggestion would be mattress replacements and beware of how busy the area has become.

Exceeds ALL expectations. Look no more this is your rental.

I have had the very best experience with this property. I had to check in a day early because I misjudged the drive. And Ken was very quick to help me out. And put my worries at ease. He even called me to make sure I made it ok and if I needed anything, anything at all to text him no matter the time and he would help me out. Such service is unexpected in this day. Made me and my girls feel very safe. There was absolutely everything that I needed in the condo to be comfortable. Every pot and pan and gadget you would need to cook with. The kitchen alone is a pleasure to cook in. What could be better looking out at the ocean while cooking. Not to mention coffee on the porch. Extra super fluffy towels and more than 1 I might add. No need to ask for more. A washer and dryer so we didn't have to pack a lot and could was and dry as needed. super clean and the most comfortable beds. With lots of extra blankets and pillows. Like you'd need them with all the amazing pillows already on the beds. The furniture was so comfortable my girls wanted to take the couch home. And the privacy of the beach was unbelievable and peaceful. All the people you pass are so friendly and say hello. And if your looking for shells this is the beach to go to. The doors have codes instead of locks which was so convenient since when you go to the beach the last thing you want to worry about is a key or a card. I will rent again for sure from this group. I am very very pleased. If your looking at staying in navarre Florida this is the condo your looking for. Like I said look no more. Simply wonderful.

Great Stay at Gulf Island!

I had a great stay with my wife and other family members at Ken's place! Ken contacted me in advance in regards to construction that was occurring at the unit and offered a discounted rate knowing that the balcony and windows were impacted and I wouldn't get the full offering of this wonderful unit. Despite that, the unit was spotless and clean (tough to have at the beach), had all the cooking supplies you could want, and easy access for the duration of our stay. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great place in Navarre Beach!

Very clean and comfortable 3 bedrooms! Perfect for a family to relax in between beach trips. I will be booking this exact property again. Navarre is an amazing laid back beach/town. Not overly commercialized or overcrowded. It was just perfect!

Great location and clean condo

Six of my friends and I stayed in this condo and had a wonderful time! It is right across the street from a public access. We utilized Lazy Days beach chair service. They are to the right when you walk through the access. If you request chairs all the way to the west of the Springhill Suites, it will be a little walk but away from crowds that build up around the public access. Juana’s was our favorite restaurant that was close. I recommend one person getting on the wait list and spend the rest of the time waiting in the condo. We easily walked there as 7 adults. I don’t know if I would recommend walking if you have your family or have trouble walking half a mile. NYPD pizza delivered and was AMAZING. The condo was very clean and comfortably fit 7 adult women. It had all the utensils we needed for preparing meals. The towels were good quality and fluffy. There are a few beach supplies in one of the closets and some beach chairs. The master bed was so comfortable! It does get a little warm in the master at night even with the curtains closed all day but nothing the ceiling fan couldn’t fix. The other rooms stayed comfortable cool all night. The sunset view on the bay off the balcony is to die for! We enjoyed every moment in Navarre and using this condo.

Decent condo mixed with disappointments

The condo has a very nice layout....one BDRM at one end and the other two at the other end; so no cramped spaces. Great location. One only has to walk out of the complex, cross the street to get to the beach. We spent our time walking the shoreline, or the wide multipurpose sidewalks, visiting the Pier or driving down to the Gulf Island National Seashore to enjoy the private pristine beaches. We enjoy fresh seafood; so having the seafood market next to Publix made for some scrumptious seafood dinners. The kitchen was stocked; absent of alum foil. (The current view out the deck is an appealing and expansive sand field; but once the lot is sold the view will be construction and then a building.) The disappointment presented itself in two ways: some of the furniture sorely needs replacement: the dresser drawer in the spare room came apart when opened. The couch is in deplorable condition and should have been replaced years ago; the middle section literally drops to the floor... The west sun beats down on the LR and front master BDRM. Afternoon hours to sundown. There are curtains to block the sun...but then one loses the outside view and ends up sitting in a dim room because the light bulbs are not checked/replaced. While the A/C unit kept the rest of the condo cool , there is something wrong with the A/C in the master BDRM because it the only way to keep the BDRM room from feeling like a sauna was to keep the curtains closed at all times, and the BDRM door open and set the A/C low rendering the rest of the condo very cold. We visited in May when the temps were moderate....... .Being a condo, I don't know what options the owner has...some people are warm natured and actually prefer sleeping with the room temp warm (upper 70s) and don't mind keeping bathroom door open. And if you are sunburned you may not even notice. On a more upbeat note, the owner was very pleasant and responded quickly to messages.

Best location!

The location of this property was key. It was a short walk to both the Sound and the Gulf. There is a huge vacant lot next to the condo that gives you spectacular views and privacy! It was an extra bonus to have additional beach amenities such as umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards included with the stay. The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated. We absolutely loved our stay in Navarre! We wouldn’t have wanted to stay at any other property! It was perfect!
