Situated directly on East Bay with stunning sunsets and only a short drive away from the white sand and emerald waters of Navarre Beach, this 2300 sqft vacation gem is waiting for you. Whether you’re here on family vacation to beach it and relax or to do some professional work in a peaceful environment overlooking the water, this house has what you need.

Downstairs features an open floor plan, perfect for entertaining and with easy access to the large patio. Here you’ll likely spend most of your time whether it be enjoying the spectacular sunsets, listening to the sound of the water or watching dolphins, fish and birds right at your doorstep. The downstairs kitchen is fully equipped, has bar seating and a large dining room table that comfortably seats up to eight people. On the patio outside you’ll find a grill, electric smoker and outdoor furniture for dining and lounging.

The upstairs has a TV-area, bedroom and small bath, two office/desk areas and a music room equipped with keyboard, guitar, drums and base. In total, the house has three separate bedrooms (each with a queen bed), a common area with a large sleeper sofa and plenty of space to comfortably sleep more people on inflatable mattresses if needed. In total, there are three full bathrooms, two downstairs and one upstairs. There is also a basic but functional outdoor (cold water) shower.

The property hosts a small private sandy beach, dock, boat slip, jetski, kayaks, corn hole boards, fishing rods, lounging chairs and bean bags. Really, the outside has all the ingredients for some serious fun in the sun! After many years in the area, we can accommodate most, if not all, of your additional requests for outdoor fun (paddle boards, sunset boat cruise – you name it).

About the area
In the neighborhood you’ll find a gas station, seafood market & restaurant, kids’ playground and a local microbrewery/pizza place. A few minutes south in Navarre, there are restaurants, bars, grocery stores and local shops. Navarre Beach, or “Florida’s best kept secret”, is not only a gorgeous beach but also home to Florida’s longest fishing pier and a sea turtle conservation center. There’s also a newly re-opened kids’ playground and splash park.
