Check in was very seamless. This is the perfect location, especially if vacationing with dogs. Condo was well equipped.

The overall stay was nice, sofa had an odor. Bathroom necessities were a little stingy. 12 inch tv in the bedroom my computer monitor is larger than that. But great location.

Had some difficulty with internet connecting to TV & devices, though attempted to fix problem in a timely manner. DVD player didn’t work, it was replaced in a timely manner. Coffee pot wasn’t matched properly, was replaced in timely manner. Some old water damage in places around the inside. Patio chairs were rusted & 1 broke (we didn’t report or request replacement prior to leaving though) no ceiling light is second bedroom, very tight fitting. Windows do not actually lock, so could easily be opened from outside. Check in was easy, very responsive & in timely manner. Lots of games & movies for entertainment for kids. Pool was nice & clean. Pet friendly, though some pet damage from previous guests noted to blinds. Unit served its purpose, not sure if we would stay in this particular unit again, may stay in another unit at this location.
