「We loved our stay at the old manor house. It is a beautiful and peaceful country setting. We enjoyed the friendly farm animals (dogs and cats). Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. If you are looking for a peaceful country get away then this is the perfect place. It has plenty of outdoor space and fun for a family.」

「The property had a beautiful country setting. It reminded me of an old farmhouse. The outside entertainment area was great. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the mosquitoes. The property owner supplied us with citronella candles but the bugs won! There isn’t any air conditioning including the bedrooms. It was quite war despite the ceiling fans and we couldn’t leave the windows open because of the bugs. It was a nice retreat after being in the busy city of Bologna.」

We explored Bologna, Modena, and Parma, along with local parmigiano, and balsamico “factories” (actually very small), stay here! Tiziano was very helpful and his boxer Beatrice is very friendly. 「Guiglia is a wonderful small town that's centrally located in Emilia Romagna. We are 2 couples that stayed for a week and the location was a centrally located to Bologna, Modena and Parma. 「Perfect position for centre of Modena. The apartment is very small and well appointed, it has everything needed for a short stay. Bed is comfortable and it is a good place for a good night sleep as it is very quiet.
