“Buen departamento muy limpio amplio todo excelente”

“This hotel is the worst place I’ve visited; I left immediately and did not stay. Hotels.com states front desk is open daily 10am-9pm. Upon arriving, we could not determine how to get into the property, with only a large, wooden wall to stare at. The massage lady next door showed how to lift a slats to reach inside to trigger the latch. Once opened, she called someone, with whom I spoke briefly, totally unaware of my reservation. The lady escorted us up a rusty spiral staircase which creaked……

“I liked the rooftop yoga. Although I did not cook the kitchen was well stocked. Quiet street, close to the beach and the market. Staff helped with the tour plans. The restaurant had delicious beverages. The pool needs some updating but perfect for my family. The balcony was great watching the thunder storms.”

“Lovely quiet location at end of Bay Nice pool which was mostly empty with pool bar and a nice restaurant by the beach … good food and drinks and service Room was clean with lots of bottled water Staff happy to arrange late check out Staff were attentive and helpful”

“El área de alberca está abierta y puede ingresar cualquier persona, no está restringido, sólo para huéspedes. El staff no dio opciones ni fue más allá, como mencionar, que es lo que hay en la zona para cenar, desayunar, etc. Hicieron mucho hincapié en las cosas personales, se guardaran en la caja fuerte. No me quedé la estancia completa, preferí irme a la otra propiedad en Bucerías la misma marca. El Ysuri de Bucerías, 100% recomendable”
