“Excelente lugar para descansar y pasar tiempo en familia o pareja!”

“This hotel is the worst place I’ve visited; I left immediately and did not stay. Hotels.com states front desk is open daily 10am-9pm. Upon arriving, we could not determine how to get into the property, with only a large, wooden wall to stare at. The massage lady next door showed how to lift a slats to reach inside to trigger the latch. Once opened, she called someone, with whom I spoke briefly, totally unaware of my reservation. The lady escorted us up a rusty spiral staircase which creaked……

“The internet is bad; it only works in the pool area. Breakfast is good but has limited options. The hotel's location is poor because the streets are terribly dirty, though it is close to the restaurant area. The room is great, with good air conditioning. The TV is very poor because it relies on the internet. The system for getting beach towels is complicated; losing one is a major issue. My grandson broke the room key card, and my daughter had to pay 400 pesos—I thought that was outrageous.”

“El área de alberca está abierta y puede ingresar cualquier persona, no está restringido, sólo para huéspedes. El staff no dio opciones ni fue más allá, como mencionar, que es lo que hay en la zona para cenar, desayunar, etc. Hicieron mucho hincapié en las cosas personales, se guardaran en la caja fuerte. No me quedé la estancia completa, preferí irme a la otra propiedad en Bucerías la misma marca. El Ysuri de Bucerías, 100% recomendable”
