「This one-bedroom unit was perfect for my month-long visit to Kalamazoo. It was very clean and spacious. Parking was right outside the front door. East in and east out in downtown Kalamazoo. It’s on the third floor (42 steps up; no elevator). Very quiet in the building. 」

「Sheets were dirty upon arrival for the sofa bed and the sheets on the main bed were filthy (including crumbs and hair) and stained. Very obviously not washed. My kids slept with the two (family of 4) bath towels that were in the unit. The host asked that the comforter be put in the washing machine - but the sheets for the sofa bed were in there already and dirty, probably because there was no detergent provided. I reached out to the host about our issues/concerns and have yet to hear a response.」

「thanks brian. You have a very nice rental. Here are somethings, that i am assuming you are aware of but probably need some attention.*All towel racks in full bathroom are broken, missing or gone. Some parts are in the closets*black mold is growing on caulk in shower*black mold is growing on torn molding behind toilet*shelf is shower is broken and missing*towels are well worn and frayed--you can probably get new nice towels for 50 on amazon*closet in master bedroom has dirty sheets in it*blinds...
