My first time staying here and I was immediately impressed with the scope of the site, especially with the parking which was close to the main building, reception and annex building. I was politely greeted and went to my room in the annex building. The room was clean and well decorated with a working air con system. There were plenty of dining options within a couple of miles of the hotel. I booked the hotel as it included a gym set up. There were a good selection of cardio machines but only a few workstations for weight training and the dumbbell options only went up to 7kg. Despite that, I was able to cobble together some form of workout. The bed provided a great night's sleep after a decent shower. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay with the cooked breakfast ingredients of a very high quality leading me to think they were locally sourced but there were also continental options available. All in all it was a pleasant stay and I would gladly come back here.

Drink options great. Very clean room. Fixtures are worn and dated, but very clean. Room was very spacious and had every thing you need ie tea, coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. If you need disabled room, you will need to ask as there are steps up to the rooms otherwise. Spa facilities are lovely. So clean and organised. Lovely swimming pool. The restaurant is tired decor wise, but the staff are so friendly, efficient, and the food was great quality, price and great portion sizes. Compliments to the chef. Breakfast too was very tasty, fresh, veggie option for me, and plentyful. We had a wonderful overnight break and are definitely going back for one of their entertainment evening's.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay. Really friendly and excellent staff. Great location if you don’t want to be in the city centre. Plenty of parking available. Excellent food and great choice for breakfast and evening meals.

Amazing hotel and facilities, staff to match too

Checked in slightly early and was no problem. I was also told I could use the pool faculties and so glad I did, beautiful pool and relaxing beds to read a book or chill afterwards. Bedroom very spacious and so quiet, this to me is very important as started work early the following day. Couldn’t make breakfast as left at 5am so they really kindly offered me a packed lunch, I stay away most weeks and have never been offered this before. Will certainly be a regular now on my business trips in South Wales

My first time here, friendly staff however the place could do with a complete update, the restaurant area in particular was quite dates, sticky tables, worn out chairs and dull decor, the gym and pool areas were pleasant as was my room.

Nice stay

Nice place and helpful friendly staff. They had a separate vegan menu with plenty of choice which I found very helpful and good food. Nice swimming pool. Gym small but ok. Overall good stay. The place needs a facelift. Some parts a bit dated and needs refurbishing

Quick business trip

First time in Swansea and needed a convenient hotel which had facilities to suit a quick stop over. This ticks all the boxes as it has a bar, restaurant, gym and ample space in the room to work too. The staff are friendly and the food was great. Good value for money and certainly worth the money. Plus it had TNT sports for the football as an added bonus.

Everything is great. The parking lot is huge, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good. However, the Wi-Fi signal is very poor if you are allocated at lower levels. I'm not sure about the signal strength in other areas. In general, it is a great hotel to stay.

Will stay again

Had a nice 2 night stay for business purposes. The staff were all fantastic, the room was very comfortable and the gym and pool area were great also. I found the restaurant to be very nice with great food options and the breakfast was very good, using good quality items. My only gripe would be that the jacuzzi was very cool and the steam room wasn't working very well at all. Get these things sorted out and I will be rating higher.

Rather outdated room unfortunately and bathroom very shabby and tatty. Staff were friendly and evening meal much nicer than expected. Felt this was vastly overpriced and would not stay again

The hotel was tired and needed refurbishment, around the windows were dirty, public areas needed a good clean. The pool/spa had a film of dirty across it and we needed 2 showers to feel clean again. The pool area had areas of dried dirty of an unknown matter. Staff were lovely and the breakfasts good.

Nice hotel, location etc, stayed here a few times. I would say its over priced and a lot of the rooms are looking tired, including my last one. The TV didnt work properly and the remote fell apart. Stained carpets and misty double glazing windows. The food is good but breakfast isnt, seems the food is kept warm.
