"Hotel is right on the highway and central to everything. Yes it can have traffic noise, but putting the fan on in the bathroom creates enough white noise that you can't hear it. For the price point; value is high. Kitchenette is fully stocked. Staff is prompt to reply to any questions. Will be staying there for my next visit. "

"Lets start with the check in. Friendly staff greeted us and the pips (Nacho and Pepper). They got us checked in quickly but had time to greet and spoil the dogs with treat bags. The room is beautiful and well appointed. Nice view south over the docks and full advantage of the sunrise. Minnos spoiled us and served the niceat food by servers who know their jobs and obviously enjoy it. All the way around a premium place to stay "

"The double Qn suite is recently updated, very clean & fresh, facing directly to the lake, very relaxing. Room is big, bathroom clean, continental breakfast included, for me if there’s ham or bacon that would be perfect. I’ll still stay there if I’m in town."

"Very nice hosts, the place was so clean and had everything we needed, and really easy to get to. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and there was tons of space for everyone. The beds were so comfortable, coffee and sugar was provided, and even netflix for the guests. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Nanaimo!"
