Ok pour une nuit avant ou après l'avion, pas plus.
Points positifs : la chambre est propre et dispose d'un des meilleurs matelas de notre séjour de 3 semaines au Sri Lanka. A 3 minute de la rue la plus animée de la ville avec quelques restaurants de qualité et des bars sympas et a 5 minutes de la plage. Points négatifs : A notre arrivée a midi on nous annonce un check-in a 14h, on revient donc a 14h30 et notre chambre n'est pas prête. Le wifi ne marchait pas. Le système de filtration de la piscine est a l'arrêt donc cette dernière est pleine d'insectes morts et de résidus de plantes: baignade a vos risques et périls. Pas d'ascenseur et des escaliers très étroits. L'hôtel, chambres y compris, est fumeur. Certains clients doivent être calmés car ils se comportent comme si ils avaient privatisé le lieu sans que les gérants ne réagissent. La plage de Negombo n'est pas propre, et globalement les locaux y ont été les plus agressifs et insistants vis a vis des touristes sur la totalité de notre séjour. Je n'ai pas apprécié non plus que le gérant tente de me dissuader de commander un VTC pour rejoindre l'aéroport histoire tenter de me vendre son transfert qui était quatre fois plus cher.

Dear Guest,First of all, thank you for staying with us before you fly back home.after reading your comments we apologize for giving your room a bit later than the approximate time.Especially about the wifi, but we fixed wifi during your stayabout the pool, yes we close the motor during no one uses the pool. Because we need to concern energy.But normally we switch on the pool motor if someone uses it.we realize that some mistakes there during your pool-using time and we will share your comments with our staff for our future services.And finally, we saw that you wrote about local people around here, But we never accept that. As a guest, you can write anything that you feel but as a staff, we never try to annoy any of our guests. We always try to give our best service to all our guests. Maybe that you thought was disturbing. but we never try to annoy our guests at any time. especially about tours, taxis, or any other services.on the other hand, our taxi or any other service prices are higher than outside rates. That is because as an example of taxi services, if anyone has a driver's license then, yes anyone can drive, but as a Government Registered residence we just need to book a person who has Good experience in tourism. especially drivers who need tourist insurance to drive with a guest and those registered driver's prices higher than normal driversthese are all conditions we looking for because we just need to give our best service to all our guestFinally, we need to tell you that we are not a Hotel. We are a motel-type Residence. In our rate, we try to give our best all the time but we cannot provide what star categories Hotels are providing to guestsThank you

Ne pas hésiter, la bonne adresse
J'ai choisi cet hotel pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport. Nous y abons donc passe notre dernière nuit. C'est le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons fait. De l'accueil au repas tout a ete parfait. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. La piscine est un vrai plus. Merci

Wonderful
Wonderful stay. We were a group of 6 across 3 rooms, and all 3 rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is a short walk to the main street and beach. The staff were excellent - service was really above and beyond. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced, and the pool was very clean and enjoyable with a few sun loungers to relax on. Recommend!

This is a family-run business and everyone was genuinely friendly and hospitable. The AC was very welcoming, when there was electricity. I arrived during the Ukraine and Russia conflict; thus the country had a power shutdown for hours everyday in order to conserve energy. Everyday there was a different schedule for power shutdown by the city. This is not the hotel’s fault. Home-cooked meals in their restaurant and free use of their bicycle came in handy. I highly recommend this property.

The staff here are amazing, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Food was delicious and such good value for money (be prepared to wait a while as it's all cooked fresh from scratch). Nice swimming pool although could do with a larger seating/lounging area. The free airport pick up is a great touch. Give me somewhere like this rather than a huge anonymous hotel, I felt very comfortable here as a solo traveller. To the Czech family who stayed here on the 04.01.20, your behaviour was disgraceful!

Excelente relación calidad precio
Las habitaciones del hotel son espaciosas y bastante grandes. El hotel está super limpio y el personal es super amable. La ubicación también es perfecta ya que está algo escondido y no se escucha ruido de noche. La piscina es mediana pero perfecta para refrescarte.

Amazing stay!
Amazing stay at Nebula residence! it is well located, very close to the beach. Everything was neat and in good condition. Traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was superb!!

A small boutique hotel, with a great location. There are only 5 rooms and a roof top terrace and a pool. The rooms and communal areas were immaculate. Staff really friendly and helpful and breakfast great. It was a really fantastic base for us to explore Sri Lanka
