Quarterdeck, 5/12 Magnus Street - panoramic water views & close to town
Unit 5 Quarterdeck is ideal for a couple wanting a romantic getaway or a small family looking to be centrally located close to town with the bonus of having spectacular water views.
There is an open plan living/ dining area offers a TV, DVD Blu-ray and surround sound stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge/ freezer.
The bedroom is large enough to fit a port-a-cot and it also has a ceiling fan and the second TV. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and there is an external shared laundry with washing machine and dryer (both coin operated).
The convenience of having a single undercover car space literally at your doorstep, so you can park the car and walk to the waters edge or shops as you are just 200 metres from Nelson Bay Beach which is perfect for young children with calm water, picnics and BBQs. Follow the foreshore for just another 500 metres and you are in the heart of town and the marina where you have a variety of restaurants, bars, clubs, cafes and shops.

Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct

(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
