Located in a quiet residential street and only a quick 4-minute drive to the water’s edge of Nelson Bay foreshore, Wests Diggers Club and 2-minute drive to Nelson Bay Golf and Bowls Club and a quick 170 metres walk to Authentic Thai, Tin Tin Tin Asian Grocery and Papa Franco Pizza and Pasta restaurant makes this a very convenient location – park the car and walk to all activities and restaurants.
As soon as you enter via the side entrance of the property, you will be amazed at the relaxed, open space and inclusions that are offered in this studio apartment. The kitchen provides a bar fridge with small freezer, two portable hot plates, microwave, and Convection Oven. The Grafton has a comfortable Queen bed, split system air conditioner, Smart Tv and Wi-Fi. There is also a renovated bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity provided.
The property has parking for one vehicle on the grass area out the front and a private fenced off casual sitting area. There is 2 burner gas BBQ so you can cook your favourite fish or steak. If dining out is more of an option you are only a quick 1.7km away from a variety of dining, cafes, and boutique shopping all in the heart of Nelson Bay CBD.

(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
