「I called to report we would be late checking in and the guy working the check in was real pleasant on the phone. When we arrived this guy was just as pleasant in person. We did have a coffee pot in the room that was not working right. We reported this on the way out. I assume the staff replaced it after we left.」

「This was my second stay here and the property is always clean. stay is nice and helpful」

「Amazing staff and experience from the moment I walked through the doors. Helpful, knowledgeable, professional and just kind. Brilliantly clean room, freshly ground coffee… they’re doing it right.」

「Super clean and quiet was a great place to get away while visiting family and friends.」

「Took a quick trip to see a friend who is ill. Stopped overnight in Effingham. Felt a warm welcome when walking in the door. Ram was especially helpful. On our way back home we stopped there again. Definitely recommend this motel!」

「The hotel was very nice. I gave it a good rating instead of excellent because we were unable to get the air conditioning to come on. The room was very warm.」
