Lovely apartment in the Capistrano area of Nerja

Wonderful apartment with all amenities including heated tile flooring for those cool nights. Very quiet area just far enough out of the centre. Town centre can be reached within a 30minute walk and a few stairs. There are a few restaurants and bars close to the apartment if needed. The kiosk wasn’t open when we were there so it was very quiet. The only negative would be if you’re not very mobile or in a wheelchair it may not work for you. Otherwise we loved it and the sunny deck. Would highly recommend.

Well maintained and equipped apartment in great location

I would have rated this apartment as a 5 star, it was in a good location equipped with everything you would need, comfortable and very clean nevertheless on being disturbed during sleep, I went to the toilet and watched two cockroaches come from under the bed!!!! Which resulted in my husband sleeping on the sofa and me with my daughter. The next morning I contacted the owner who explained the area had recently been fumigated driving the cockroaches out, he had the caretaker come that day to put down poison which worked and drove the cockroaches out from under the bed to die. I understand this is a common problem in Spain and not the owners fault but
..it was an unpleasant experience and left us without a double bedroom for two nights. I think it’s also important to point out the dining table and chairs are placed near three concrete steps which are white and tiled like the floor, on getting up from the table I didn’t anticipate them being there as they merged in with the floor tiles so on two occasions I tripped on them and cut my lower left leg twice once bruising it badly. Also both my husband and I banged our heads in the downstairs toilet as there was a sloping roof and again knocked our heads on the lampshade over the dining room table. Whilst I mentioned these incidents I’m sure those who are used to the apartment are more aware of the surroundings as we all are with our own homes and quirks they may have. In all a beautiful apartment.

TrÚs agréable séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques dans cet appartement. Les photos et descriptions dans l'annonce correspondent à la réalité. Logement situé dans une propriété au milieu d'un jardin splendide avec piscine. Tout est trÚs propre et soigné. Appartement bien équipé. Communication avec le loueur impeccable. Im Paradies gelandet

Wir waren fĂŒr 2 Wochen in der Ferienanlage Oasis del Capistrano und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, sauber und mit einer guten Wohnungsaufteilung. Bei RĂŒckfragen haben unsere Ansprechpartner Ursula & Fredrik umgehend geantwortet und sich auch in unserem Sinne um unsere Anliegen gekĂŒmmert. Die Lage war fĂŒr uns ideal. Ein Fußweg von 18min fĂŒhrte runter zum Meer (man sollte hier in der Lage sein auch auf etwas Schotter und Geröll zu gehen; mit Badelatschen nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert). Man muss sich auch darĂŒber im Klaren sein, dass es in Nerja bergauf, bergab geht - fĂŒr uns hat das kein Problem dargestellt, wir fanden das toll. ErwĂ€hnenswert ist es aber fĂŒr Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, denen ist ein Auto zu empfehlen. Schöne Restaurants und die Altstadt sind ebenfalls nur einen Spaziergang von 20-30min entfernt. Wir konnten einen ruhigen und beschaulichen Urlaub genießen und kommen gerne wieder.

Hej! Bra lÀgenhet, sköna sÀngar och rikligt utrustat kök. Uppskattar tillgÄngen till gasolgrill. Att parasoll och solsÀngar fanns. Om det gÄr att komplettera med bÀrbara solstolar, sÄ skulle det vara vÀldigt bra, dÄ vi gillar strandliv. Tips ta bort hyllan pÄ den nedre toaletten ovan WC-stolen, anvÀnds inte, men kan vara direkt farlig. Eftersom vi hyrde lÀgenheten i 6 veckor sÄ Àr det bra med dubbel uppsÀttning sÀnglinnen och handdukar, trots att tvÀttmaskin finns. GÀrna en extra förlÀngningsdosa för el, hade med en egen denna gÄng, eftersom jag i detta fallet jobbade pÄ distans vissa dagar. Helhetsintrycket vÀldigt bra, vi kommer att hyra denna lÀgenhet igen. As it says An Oasis

The apartment was absolutely fantastic, very well equipped and super clean. Comfortable beds and a super comfy sofa. Showers were great although the downstairs bathroom is a little on the small side. The veranda is large enough for a family to sit and eat although at the end of September it is closer to 13:00 before the sun come round for sun bathing. The complex pool is great although again the grassed area around the pool is a little small and would probably get very busy in the high season. The only two let downs for us was that the bar are was only open for a few hours in the afternoon from around 14:00 and the short route (800 meters) to the beach is down a track that gets quite steep as you get close to the beach. This is a great place for a relaxing holiday with some fabulous restaurants on the beach front. Top tip from me is to fully enjoy this place you will need a hire car.
