"The property is old and has not been updated. I was there for three nights asked twice when the room will be cleaned. It was never cleaned in the three nights stay. We ran out of toilet paper heater did not work ,portable heater works sporadically. Full breakfast was very poor. Four hotels so far in Scotland excellent breakfast in the morning this one was the poorest and was unable to drink the coffee."
