“This was one of the nicest B and B's we stayed at in our month-long trip to the UK. We met the owner and she was very nice and couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. The room was beautiful and had everything you could ever want including snacks and cold water in a small refridge. It was walkable to downtown and the parking was safe and on-site. “My family and I stayed here and we thoroughly liked it. Excellent location right off the Grieg street walking bridge. Lots of shopping and restaurant options. The interior of the unit was very clean and safe and easy to get too. We appreciated the in unit washer/dryer to catch up on our laundry while on our trip. “Staying at this hotel was like a roller coaster of service, and I just wanted to get away.
Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us.
Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day.
The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training."
They even unplugged our chargers and threw……
