「it was a great living experience .However , they did not return my deposite after a month.I have paid the deposite of 2 rooms which is about 197 euro , and i asked them when will i get my deposit back, the receptionist told me it will go back to my card after i check out which might probably take 2 days.Yet , i have not got my refund after a month and i have treid to email the hotel several times and no respond .I am really disappointed with it as the hotel is absolutely outstanding, but turns...

「A small but stylish hotel. Staff are very warm and helpful. Not many but sufficient choices on breakfast. Nice coffee, shower gel/shampoo available in room. Hotel is also well located and easily accessible to various museums/travel spots. However the shower area is transparent with no curtain at all so it's ideal for couples mainly whilst friends need to take this into consideration before booking」

「The reception staff are extremely helpful and polite. Hotel’s location is perfectly in the city centre.」

「Such a nice hotel. In a super central location. The building is old, like all buildings in the area, but it’s really well maintained. The breakfast, which costs 15 euros, is very worth it. Freshly baked bread, pastries, yogurt, eggs, juices, coffee, fruits. Hotel had 24 hour complimentary snacks and coffee. Gummies and cookies. Workers were very nice. I would 100% stay here again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable stay, with character and luxury.」
