“The room was clean and comfortable. Could not connect to the WiFi and TV (Dish) was a nightmare to operate as no TV channel listing in the room. Definitely not worth the price paid for the room.”

“Very grungy and cigarette butts on the patio. Hardware was broken off, ceiling panel hanging. This was a very disgusting "drug haven" appearing room. Definitely the worst room I've been in since more than 20 years ago (in the US). There was a convention in town, every hotel booked and this was one of the last available rooms in the city of Reno. I was getting my hotel room reimbursed or I would have not spent the money and would have opted to sleep in my car instead. Really that bad. ……

“This place is a dump and I should have known better than relying on limited Expedia choices and reviews (which are usually dependable). Ely, an out of the way Nevada town but the closest place to stay when visiting Great Basin National Park and charging our vehicle, was apparently very busy this weekend and thus the hotel/room choices were limited. This place as a seedy as it gets, even in rural Nevada! The "lobby" consists of a worn out, stained arm chair. The room is bare bones with a tiny……

“Room was clean and had everything we needed! I called to make sure they had parking for our truck and U-Haul trailer and they did, it worked out perfect! Lovely women at the front desk greeted us after hours around 11pm, made check in a 2 second breeze, and she even came outside and showed me where to park so I didn't get confused. Would 100/10 recommend this motel and I would absolutely stay here again if I was ever passing through, it would definitely be my #1 choice!”
