"When we got to our room there was literally urine all over the outside of our toilet. Caked on there. So gross. I called to have them come clean it, so I thought it was taken care of. Called again and they came back very annoyed with me until they realized how gross it was. The pool is under construction so most of it is out of commission..."

"Stayed Friday and Saturday. Our room wasn’t exactly as advertised. The design was just very plain white. No decor or designs. It was clean, air conditioner worked well. The bed was okay, pillows were (in my opinion) horrible. They give you 2 small bottles of water complimentary. Very small shampoo/bodywash/conditioner. All the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciate they check for room keys at the elevators, and you have to scan your room key in the elevator. Did not use the pool or casino. The spa was booked but we were looking same day. Not sure I would pay the money to stay there again. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the same price range and was more comfortable."
