「1.地點不錯：在格雷梅主街後面，逛街方便 2.餐廳外面可以看到熱氣球升空部分景象！ 3.清晨可以爬上山坡看熱氣球升空！ 4.現在外面沒有彩色布墊可以拍照！ 5.管理員很酷，不太笑，但會儘量幫忙！ 6.乾淨，但暖氣不太暖，幸好熱水還算熱！」

「The hotel offered driver pickup at the airport which we accepted. The driver was shady as can be. He brought us to the hotel and said look at the room quickly and we will show you another property we own nearby and you can choose. He took us to the next town and proceeded to take our luggage out of the car. The room wasn’t sufficient for five people and didn’t have air conditioning in 100 degree heat. The provided us with fans and said not a single hotel in the area had AC, which was completely...

「The room was great. Personal was very friendly and helpful. Front desk upgraded us. Breakfast was really nice. Nice view. Animal friendly( sorry for the little dog, lost his leg when we were there. Parking was great. Right in front of the hotel. Nice aesthetic for pictures. Jacuzzi was really nice but no cold water to balance it. They had conditioner and shampoo. One rob only ( we fight for the rob) 」

「The property is located a slightly outside the main city. However, all tour operators and balloon operators provide their shuttle service from the property which is very convenient. The property owner also arranged for a shuttle for pick up and drop to the airport, at a very economical rate. The look of the property is a bit different from the outside but the rooms are very nice inside. The breakfast was traditional Turkish breakfast. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay at the property.」

Guests, including ourselves, noted that the Deluxe Balcony room lacked privacy due to a bathroom door that doesn't fully close, which could be uncomfortable for couples or anyone sensitive to noise. The breakfast is plain. Furthermore, while the hotel's location is convenient, its uphill terrain might be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility issues while walking.
