「I normally do not leave bad reviews, but this place was honestly unacceptable. As soon as we arrived, we got a bad feeling. The outside property looked completely trashed with garbage everywhere and broken appliances left around. We tried to ignore it and hoped the cabin itself would be better, but it was just as bad inside. The cabin looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. 「I thought the room was really excellent and the details, from the kettle to the shower were really top of the line. My only complaint was that the super inviting walk in shower, with the giant shower head, had very weak water pressure - it was a real disappointment.」

「Only window to open is bathroom as permanent fan system occupies main window, so very little fresh air. Kitchenette is not actually stocked to make coffee or tea, despite machines. No fan in the bathroom. Obvious moisture and or smell issue, many fans and baking soda absorbtion things around. Tv is only google tv, so was very limited.
Great support and contact with owners and staff. Great location but after work hours all street parking left me 2 blocks away. Decent small convenient market and...

「Ray, the host, was very gracious and accommodating. The bungalow was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for the long weekend. It is located in a clean, safe neighborhood and convenient to some great hikes and parks as well as downtown. We will stay here again, if available, next time we visit San Jose.」
