Wedding week

This was the perfect place for family and friends. Close to the wedding venue, situated halfway between Austin and San Antonio; within a couple miles of grocery store, New Braunfels, historical Gruene, etc…Having the king suites for the adults and loft queen suite for the kids was great!

GREAT OPTION FOR GRUENE

Our family really enjoyed this unit. The split-wing setup allowed couples to have their own bedroom space and a large kitchen, dining, and living space for everyone to congregate. All the furnishings and amenities were in very acceptable condition. The complex seemed quiet and low-key and was located close to Gruene and New Braunfels. The management company I worked with was very helpful whenever I had a question or issue.

Besties Mother Daughter Trip August 2024

We arrived on Friday to a wonderfully clean house. The location was perfect for Gruene town. The house has three bedrooms and three baths which was perfect for our group. We had three sets of mother/daughters so this worked out great. The house is beautiful and looks everything like the pictures. It was a quite area and we even enjoyed the pool. It was walking distance to float the river and then Gruene shopping and eating. Communication with the property was excellent and our weekend could not have been more perfect. We would definitely recommend this place and return as well.

It is advertised as being close enough to walk to Gruene. It reallly isn’t‘t walkable as there are no sidewalks, and at night, it could be dangerous, especially on NYE.

As far as location/walking distance, I would not recommend walking to Gruene Hall, the path is not safe and has quite a hill. I would not change anything, except taking my own pillows. The ones provided are quite huge! The guys were happy tho :)

No way it should be listed as a Walk to Gruene Hall

Clean and easy communication. BUT-We are fit people who like to walk but stating it’s a “walk to Gruene Hall” is not accurate. No sidewalk, dark and unsafe to walk that at night. Even during the day would be silly since the parking over there isn’t a big deal. The unit itself was cool but the stairs to get to the unit are horribly located. We could not have been further away from access to the parking lot. Stairs in the middle but none near the ends. Not a good design at all, especially for bringing stuff in and out. The pool is far away also and the 2 charcoal type grills are kind of an afterthought. The 3rd bedroom that we didn’t use is really a open loft so… keep that in mind also. Honestly, appreciate the communication and cleanliness but would not choose this again.

Family Wedding

The condo was perfect for our recent gathering in Gruene for a family wedding. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. So close to everything in Gruene/New Braunfels. We would definitely consider returning so we can enjoy more of the river, shopping, and great restaurants.
