Great River spot!

Fantastic place for floating or just being on the river. Plenty of space in a beautiful condo made for a really wonderful weekend getaway!

Girls trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this place! We came for the weekend to float the river - you couldn't ask for a better location. With the property being on the river, we simply tied up our floats on the rocks and stayed there all day. It was a great atmosphere with other guests who did the same with chairs and canopies. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms are roomy, and the kitchen is well stocked. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great River frontage and convenient to town

Contactless check in was efficient and easy. Unit was as described, clean and tidy. Kitchen and bathrooms were not well stocked. Kitchen lacked decent cooking and serving Implements ... and had no bowls or saucepans for some reason. No hair dryer either. Patio furniture is extremely uncomfortable. The patio is open to both of the next door unit’s patio — which is a little odd but not a problem for us because those other renters next door were nice. But it’s not private. There were a lot of other residents hanging out by the river all day with their tents and lounge chairs and differing loud music from each group. It’s easy to just walk out to the river and chill all day if that’s what you like to do. Otherwise, it’s a walk next door or 5 minute drive to a tube rental place where you can tube the Guadalupe all day as well. Or a 5-10 minute drive to Canyon Lake which was gorgeous. Overall, this was a great rental and we are pleased to have stayed there. Management was extremely efficient in solving an AC issue late at night.

Spring break 21

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took our teenage girls and two of their friends for a long weekend in New Braunfels. The visit didn’t have a great start. First the gate code we were provided was incorrect. Then as we made our way to the condo we heard a loud beeping sound. The sound was from the fire sprinkler system. It was outside toward the parking lot however it did not stop from the time we arrived Friday until the time we left Monday. They did respond that it was up to the city and they couldn’t come out till Monday. We could hear this noise as we sat on the back porch looking at the fabulous view. Additionally on the app and emailed instructions there are very strict rules concerning parking tags and wristbands. We called an email to find out when and where these would be provided only to find out that they are only required certain times of the year. I think overall the company could have done a better job communicating. The view is fabulous the condos are nice and I would say everything looked exactly like the pictures online. Overall it was a good trip but there were a couple of little annoyances mentioned above.

Second time we’ve stayed at this complex. Properly manager very responsive. Great location for tubing - quick access to the “Horseshoe”; close to Gruene.

Family get away

We had the best time! The unit was cleaned and well maintained. The rental company was absolutely wonderful and very easy to get a hold of. We will definitely be booking there again!

First time rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very nice. These are some issues we had. Loose chairs spindles and joints. We threw two creaked cups away. The can opener did not work. We would like to see more different size of kettles. A few burnt out light bulbs in the condo. Cast iron patio furniture was very hard and cold to sit on.
