Like new condos were amazing. Very clean and well stocked. Easy walk down to the river and not a bad walk to Gruene. Will definitely be returning to use our Schlitterbaun season passes.

Walking distance to center of Gruene (2 min). Never had to get in the car and fight parking. Beautiful patio, great kitchen, great sleeping arrangements.

Perfect girls trip!

This condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for a great stay!! So well appointed, spacious and close to the Gruene town square. We walked to town to shop and eat, but would easily be ready to access the river next door later this spring/summer! Will def be back!

Experience Historic Gruene on the Guadalupe!!

Our family had a wonderful time in Gruene! The new penthouse condo was amazing with all the amenities of home. Great location on the Guadalupe River rapids, and within walking distance to shops/restaurants and the famous Gruene Hall! We will definitely be back!
