Cute little place in the TX hill country but it needs some TLC. It was hotter than hades and the pool area was dirty with very green water (possibly because it was October) but def make sure you check in advance with the property owner if you’re hoping to swim at all. I’d also recommend bringing your own pillows and linens/blankets as there weren’t any extras. Enough room for a couples getaway but make sure you’re ok with no bathroom on the door.

This is such a cute cottage in a prime location. There is plenty of room to roam and enjoy the wildlife. Deers made their way to the cabin in the early morning. There were lots of good spots to sit and read. Also, if you want to venture out you are not too far from New Braunfels, Fredricksburg, Wimberley, Blanco, Johnson and San Antonio. I appreciated the warm Texas hospitality and amazing mango salsa! The property owners are so kind and welcoming. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and protected at this property.

The cottage was absolutely breathtaking. It was so very cozy, and homey.. Ms Sherri was the BEST Host..Her and family was a blessing from God..We will definitely be back to have a great away from all the city mess..
