Beautiful House

The house and location were very beautiful. The owner was available to us when we needed to text him. Our son absolutely loved the "house cat" Lupe. There were plenty of deer to see at dawn and dusk. There was only 1 issue which was not favorable for us. On our last day at the house, there was no electricity or hot water starting at 8 a.m. We were not told this was going to occur until later the night before. Not sure when the owner was made aware of this from the electric and water company. Other than that one issue, we had a very nice time and the property is beautiful.

Christmas in the Hill Country

SUPERB!! We had a family reunion, 5 adults 2 kids (5 and 11) and this fit the bill beyond expectations. Quiet location, near Canyon Lake City (small but outstanding restaurants) large kitchen well stocked with pots/pans and tableware, gas stove, etc we cooked in most days. Close to New Braunfels. Master bedroom impressive, large home with a small “casita” on other side of garage. Host Dino impressive! Answered questions rapidly. Great for a semi large group or family reunion. One of the top VRBOs I have rented!

The pictures do not do this property justice! The view is absolutely amazing! The house was very clean too! Between the view and cleanliness, I would highly recommend this for families and friends!

First Time to Texas

We had a great stay! Everything was just as described. Dino was quick to respond with any questions we had. If we ever come back to Texas we will definitely stay here again. Oh and of course we enjoyed Lupe’s company!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay on 08/18-20/23. This house was more beautiful than the pictures on the Vrbo sight. The home was super nice and clean, plenty of room and the pool was a hit for the kiddos. We want to stay again 🙌

Love this place

Our 3rd year in a row to stay here the week of Memorial Day. Has great amenities and you feel at home. The owner is a really good guy that is responsive if you need anything. I would highly recommend for families.

Great place off of River Rd

Our family stayed for 4 days for the 4th or 5th year in a row. Within 15 minutes to float at 2nd crossing or the horseshoe. Close to store, bar, everything in Sattler. House is awesome and has pool/hot tub on the side of a mountain. I would highly recommend. Owner is a phone call away for anything you need.

Girls Trip

It was perfect for our first girls trip with a group of 5. The location is perfect. The property is very spacious and feels secluded with the surrounding trees and limestone. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing. We all loved this place!

This home was a perfect place for me and my family’s vacation. The home was clean and the pool was amazing. The location of the property is the best part of the place in my opinion with a lot of privacy and lots of wildlife. We will definitely be back.

Great Get Away

We Celebrated my daughters College graduation with family and friend and home offered everything needed to relax and unwind and enjoy time with family and friends. Dean is an awesome host he made time to make sure everything was ready for your arrival. The home was furnished with everything you need to cook or bring back take out. The outdoor area has room for everyone to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool or just to sit back enjoy the scenery.

Before even arriving, Dino was very responsive to all of my questions which is always really reassuring. The property is beautiful upon arrival, perfectly decorated, clean and maintained very well!
