Perfect location

This house is as close to the beach as it gets. It's in a scenic, shaded area with many mature trees and is lovely for walking, biking, or picnicking outside. The house is huge. It was clean, well maintained, and lovely. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Beautiful Home close to beach, shopping and restaurants

5 girlfriends who travel together every year from Indianapolis visited recently. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has a fully stocked chefs kitchen, a spaciuos screened porch, a large circular driveway and is a short walk to a private beach. The property managers were accessible and helpful. We would highly recommend this home.

The house is roomy, beautifully decorated, and well-furnished. Convenient access to the beach as well. The Aqua "team" was very responsive to our needs as well. The A/C went out during the week and they acted to address the issue within an hour of reporting the problem.

We loved this house!

This was a great house for our family vacation! It was just a short quick walk to the beach which is important with little ones and the lake is beautiful! If you decide to cook the kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely rent this house again!

Great house for a group

This house is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. It holds a large group easily and comfortably. Perfect place for relaxing, enjoying each other’s company, or going for walks if you don’t want to go into town. Neighborhood is lovely. Can’t wait to stay here again. The Whole group was impressed. Location great!

This property was perfect for our family. The layout was great for gathering together and private time. The walk to the beach was short and steps were many but safe. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again!

Perfect for family weekend

The property was actually better than than the photos. It was warm and welcoming, with plenty of spaces to lounge, eat and just hang out. Everything we needed was provided. Beach access was excellent and we enjoyed our times on the screened in porches.

Beach Pass is an Ideal Vacation Home

The home's interior is actually better looking than its listing pictures. It has great congregating spaces on the first floor, lower level and porches. The bedrooms were comfortable. The walk to the beach was not far. All in all, a great house for up to 10. We would recommend it for anyone looking to spend time in the NB area.

Girls Weekend

From start to finish this was a pleasure. Such a beautiful home…very spacious and well equipped. Our group of seven old friends each had our own bed (which is important!)…and each bedroom had a good degree of privacy and it’s own bath, which is perfect! I will leave it at this…if seven women can agree that we would love to return, you should not hesitate! The location is very quiet and an easy walk to the beach (great for a low key day at home) but very close to everything this region is popular for (casinos, shopping, wineries, entertainment, quaint towns) so there is plenty to do also. I have rented a lot of vacation homes and this one is very well thought out and well managed. We did not do any cooking, so I can’t speak to that…but we had everything else we needed for four lovely days!
