This place was perfect for our trip. Great area, able to walk to bourbon st and everything around it. Everything was clean and nice, no complaints here!

I was in New Orleans recently for a conference and decided to extend my stay and have friends join me for part of it. This property was the perfect location for both my work conference and my vacation time. It is close to the chaos of the French Quarter (but in a quiet CBD neighborhood), and close the artsy Warehouse District, too! You get the best of both worlds here.

This unit was perfect for our first visit to New Orleans. We walked most places and could easily hop on the streetcar. Our host was easily available by email. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a good stay, it’s close to everything. Wish me had more than one towel per person and a small tv. Trolleys bring you anywhere you want to go.

Very close to Bourbon street, the street car, food, shopping, etc. We were able to walk to nearly everything we wanted to see and do. We did have to park in a garage which was $40 a day since street parking was Very shady... The apartment had all the amenities we needed and more!

With so much of the high points of the city within walking distance this spot is wonderful! Marigny was very communicative and responsive even in the holiday week. There were multiple emails before the trip with suggestions and guides to the rental, detail paid to small amenities in the space like enough coffee for our first pot, and an ease of access to the place and parking. The only thing I would note is that one of the two bedrooms has bar door walls that light comes through. Great for me that loves natural light in the morning to wake up, not so great for my partner that wanted to sleep in.

The apartment has very high ceiling and I was very pleasantly suprised with the nice amenities it had like coffee for the coffee maker and an in suite washer/dryer. There are several parking garages near by as well as some excellent restaurants. However I was disappointed by the common area no longer having the hot tub and all of the plants there looked dead. In the apartment the black chair felt like the bottom support had been broken and never fixed. In the front bathroom shower there was a little mold in the grout and there were no extra towels. Overall it was a good place to rest in between exploring the French Quarter but I would have given 3.5/5 if we had spent more time there.

Check in was easy and communication with owner/property manager was easy. Our entire trip was very smooth! Would definitely stay here again! Couldn't ask for a better location. Parking wasn't bad either. There were a few parking garages just next door.
