The space is adequat in size, however there is only a single window in the combination LR/DR/Kitchen area. The bedroom have no windows. The space is clean, but rather musty, window had to be kept open to air it out. The picture of the rental unit shared was not representative of the space, in that it showed a balcony including a door leading to the balcony within living area. This was not included in the unit rented. The hall way entry to the elevator needs sprucing up, it is rather grubby. Location is ideal, but owner should put some investment in sprucing up entry hall and also ensure that guests have toiletries and extra towels in the bathrooms already set up prior to arrival.
