Staff were all very nice. However, in three nights, our room was never cleaned. They finally came at 5 pm on the last evening and because we were leaving at 5 am the next day we declined. Their policy is to only clean every other day, but they still charge a daily cleaning and amenities fee. Felt like they are very short-staffed. Breakfast service was very slow as well. Location was good for walking to the Quarter or catching the street car Uptown. Otherwise, I would stay elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay. At first glance the room wasn't overly engaging. It was very basic and neutral. After considering other places I've stayed, the room is spacious and clean. I did notice a spot on the carpet, a spot on the curtains, some scuff marks on the walls of the bathroom, and lastly the closet light bulb that flashes and needs replacing but nothing's perfect right??? I love a HOT shower, and this one did NOT disappoint. The view from the roof top bar and pool was amazing. We really enjoyed that and the lower patio area. The drinks from the bar were great. We dined at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner and enjoyed it better than going out of the hotel to eat. The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were told our room would be cleaned every other day but housekeeping did not come out entire stay. When we finally asked for clean towels we couldn't get any because they were washing towels. The hotel was quiet and safe at night. We were blessed to catch a wedding parade that went around the hotel displaying New Orleans culture... Very nice! About a seven min walk to Canal Street. Valet service was great! Overall it's a beautiful, clean, hotel, for those who appreciate a safe and quieter experience. Definitely not a party place but more of a classy vibe. My only disappointment was being over looked by housekeeping and for the price I was charged I expected to get clean towels when we asked for them.

Upon arriving, the staff was unbelievably kind and helpful. Our room was beautiful. We had a terrace. The pool was absolutely stunning. Just sitting up there in the evening was a wonderful experience. Room service food was delicious.

The hotel is in a really great location and has a beautiful lobby. The restaurant was lovely with live music and a decent menu. The rooftop bar was beautiful and a nice bonus. We didn’t love our room (703) because the bed was pushed against one wall and it was annoying for whoever slept on that side to get in and out of the bed. Bed was comfy anbd bathroom had nice anmeni and a good size! Overall great stay for the price and can’t beat the location.

Hotel and room was nice and spacious but was surprised that the room was not cleaned for a 3 night stay. I had to call to request more towels. The location is good if you want to be just outside the action, about a ten minute walk to the start of Bourbon street just across from Canal street. Nice property.

I did extensive research on nearly every hotel in New Orleans before booking, and the NOPSI did not disappoint. My main priority was finding a place within walking distance of the action without being right in the middle of it, and this location was perfect. Situated in the Central Business District, it’s just a few blocks away from the chaos of Bourbon Street. This meant our stay was incredibly quiet and peaceful, yet we were close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The building itself is absolutely stunning. The restoration of the historic space is beautiful, and the rooms were huge, much larger than what you typically find in the French Quarter. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. The staff is impeccable and genuinely goes above and beyond to make your stay the best possible. A huge shout-out to the manager, Sean, who was amazing and ensured everything was perfect for us. I would 100% stay here again. If you want luxury, space, and a perfect location that offers a quiet retreat from the NOLA energy, book the NOPSI!

I had my 50th birthday hotel reservation for months only to be told when we arrived by TRAIN to be told they cancelled my room because they didn't get the first half deposit. I was awaiting a deposit that was done45 mins after the initial so called contact or non contact from the hotel. There was no reception therefore I didn't receive a call.... I was very disappointed because I had to hustle and pay way more for a hotel because of spare of the moment reservations...I lost money I was using to do things for my milestone birthday weekend! Thankful for The Renaissance Hotel!!!!
