The hotel is very nice and well positioned (close to any tour start point we had arranged). Rooms comfortable and clean. The front desk staff has been outstanding with any query but particularly in helping me with a package delivery i had arranged while i was there.
The breakfast , altough continental, was a bit scarce and the breakfast attendant seemed quite stressed and annoyed at questions/requests.
Overall I would surely recommend the hotel.

Great location and clean and comfortable. Room is small but well designed. Biggest problem is noise—trains come through all night and are fairly loud. Also the rooftop was only partially open. Finally the Continental breakfast was a little sparse. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
