There is also central AC and heat, free wifi, a 48” Smart TV in the family room and A 32” ROKU Smart TV in the Master and Middle downstairs bedroom. There is no reservation deposit but there is a $300 refundable damage deposit. Deposit will be returned 5-7 days after check-out upon managers inspection of the unit.
Cancellations:
Book with Confidence!!!! Confirmed Reservations canceled within 24 hours grace period of booking will not incur a cancellation penalty. Cancel after grace period and a 30% cancellation fee on booked reservations cancelled more than 30 Days before check-in will apply. No refunds on cancellations made within 30 Days of check in.
Changes to Reservations
Please confirm number of guests occupying unit at time of booking. No decreases to extra guest’s fees allowed. 30% re-booking fee charged to reservation date changes and cancellations due to non payment. Re-Booking is subject to availability and possible rate increase.
