This home offers an amazingly local New Orleans experience!. The home has modern amenities, including an updated kitchen, new memory foam mattresses, and an in-unit washer & dryer, as well as central A/C for a cool and comfortable stay. With 3 bedrooms and
2 bath, this home is a great place for groups to stay, easily accommodating 6 guests.

Sleeping: There are 3 bedrooms, each with new queen size memory foam mattresses. 2 Full sizes bathrooms.

Kitchen: The kitchen is perfect for making a light snack or a cooking a full meal, with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, toaster and stove, plus pots, pans, dishware & utensils.

Living Area: Living room with sofa sleeper, TV with cable and sitting area. Open floor plan allows you to socialize while in the living room or kitchen.

Clean modern , 3 great queen beds and 2 full baths , all the appliances. We attended for a wedding , 3 women and 2 men . All we could have used were mirrors in each room for makeup and dressing for events . Uber was expensive , 20 to French Quarter 40 to and from the airport . Grocery across the street , Bear cat cafe , Mojo and Baya breakfast places to walk to . It's a nice property .

Nice and convenient

We loved having the grocery store right across the street. The house was just fine for the six of us. Other than a broken towel rack and chair, everything was in good condition. There were lots of little amenities like soap and shampoo provided to us along with toilet paper. The area was quiet as well. We were overall happy with what we got for the price.

Weeklong stay

Perfect space for a family of four with teenagers. Across street from Rouse’s grocery store open daily from 7A-10P, and very near other bars and restaurants on Freret. Walk to St. Charles street car and ride to the quarter. Host made everything easy- coded entry so no worries about a key. Street parking always available. Bedrooms are in the back and very quiet. Highly recommend!

GREAT place in NOLA

We loved our VRBO in Nola (December 2023)! Great location in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants and a grocery store all within a few blocks or less. Easy uber to French Quarter, etc... The place was adorable, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Very cool outdoor space in back as well. Would def recommend to others!

Very nice

Would highly recommend this location. Property Manager was quick to respond and help solve any issue, which was minor. Very nice grocery store across the street and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Back patio was nice and secure for small children while the adults visited.

CLEAN! CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!

This house was very clean and well stocked with towels, soaps (including laundry detergent!) and extra blankets (which was necessary the week we went!!). There is a grocery store right across the street which came in very handy. TVs in every room was a great feature my kids enjoyed. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We were 10 min drive from nearly every tourist attraction. The only negative for us was that the week we went it was FREEZING which was very uncharacteristic for NOLA. The heat in the bedrooms were nice and toasty but it didn't really work well in the main areas so it was quite cold (especially the floors). The host graciously lent us a space heater which helped, but we should've asked for it sooner since we were quite cold before that.

Nice midtown location

Very comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests, in walking distance to Freret Street restaurants and convenient to Tulane and St. Charles Avenue. Street parking was no problem.
