Fab hotel. Great location, lovely modern spacious rooms and fantastic staff - those at reception and at the bar were awesome. Lovely courtyard to sit in when the weather’s good and you can walk from the hotel to nearly everywhere you want to go. The king beds are big and comfy. Couldn’t fault it. We cancelled the hotel we had booked for the second part of our stay in NOLA and rebooked at this hotel.

The hotel staff was AMAZING and SO FRIENDLY! The only complaint we had was a Resort fee of $30/day we weren’t aware of until we got our bill at the end of our stay and the hotel gives you $30/day gift cards for tours that were almost impossible to use and you can only use one a day (if you can even book anything through the site as you can’t book in person). But the hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend, just be aware of the $30/day resort fee and don’t count on the vouchers they give you for tours and activities, we were only able to use one but received 8 of them for our stay.

I had a great stay at Hotel de la Poste – French Quarter, A Renaissance Hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The garden area was beautiful and inviting, a perfect spot to relax. The bar and restaurant on-site were a nice bonus, and the location was awesome — close to so many great shopping, eating, and drinking options. My only small suggestion would be to add a designated smoking area a bit away from the main entrance. It wasn’t pleasant having to walk through smoke from guests gathered right outside the doors. Overall, a lovely stay with great service, atmosphere, and location — I’d definitely recommend for those who wish to explore NOLa

the style of the rooms were amazing. the hotel was within walking distance of all of our activities. the restaurant at had very friendly staff and delicious food. now remember, if it's close to bourbon street there is going to be noise at night so if you're looking for complete silence, you'll have to book further from here, however, i would definitely book here again.

Hospitality is great here! Everything in the photos looks as it does in person. That shower water in the room is HOT(love that). Hotel is close enough to Bourbon street yet far enough to where to can’t hear anything when it’s time to go to bed.

Great property, Awesome staff! Arthur in the lounge was amazing with great cocktails and local tips everyday. Was easily walkable to numerous restaurants and shops and music. Definitely will return!
