Great Concept-Less than ideal execution

The location is very convenient being close to Berlin and Millersburg. The downside is traffic noise and less than considerate neighbors. Loud banging and yelling in the middle of the night both nights. It's visually secluded but with close neighbors that you can hear, you won't escape typical neighborhood sounds. Dogs, mowers, leaf blowers.... Before I get nit-picky... It's a nice place. We did enjoy our visit and did not let these things make it a bad experience. Our unit needed maintenance. The air conditioner sounds like a jet engine spinning up. We chose not to use the air much and not to call it in and have our short stay affected by service tech needing in. Probably a bad decision since open windows let the neighborhood sounds in. The kitchen sink is broken, functional but should be replaced. The place needs some cleaning attention. Not that we felt it was dirty but fixtures and curtains probably haven't been touched since it was built. No personal touches. No games. No visitors journal. Not as inviting as most places we have stayed. A little disappointed considering the price.
