Always great

This was our fourth time staying here and still always enjoy it. The location is perfect,the views,and the unit itself. There was work being done on the building the whole time we were there but they were finishing up so it is beautiful again

Every amenity you could hope for is found in this condo. Spacious, clean, a beautiful ocean view, and a welcome gift await your arrival. The close proximity to restaurants and shopping make it a perfect spot for a vacation.

Sunny days

We enjoyed panoramic ocean views from our balcony, close walking proximity to shops and restaurants, and charming beachy decor. The condo is well stocked. The property is meticulously maintained with a gorgeous oceanfront pool. Perfect vacation!!

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it yet again. A couple fixes need to be done and are getting done but now but nothing to make our time here any different. We love the location and the view! Very comfortable beds and decorations are pretty cool. I would definitely recommend staying here. We will be back!

Perfect!

We loved every minute of our stay at the Surf Shop! When we arrived there was music playing and rum and coke on the counter. The host also left some nice gifts on the bed for us. The condo had everything you need. The oceanfront balcony was my favorite part! Perfect spot to watch the sunrise and set. People watch and relax. The building was nice and quiet, not a ton of guest. We really enjoyed our stay and would def come back next year!

Vacation

Location is great. Unit is very large and Tania responded quickly on concerns we had. It could use updates on things such as bath towels and bedsheets. The place overall was clean, except the floors were dirty(our feet and socks showed it). We had a great time and tried to overlook some of the little things. I would rent again if we were back in NSB.

Fantastic Views

Updated condo with great amenities and walking distance to restaurants, bars & shops, lots of room and fabulous views of the beach/ocean! Owner was very responsive to any of our needs and very nice! Pool has clean private bathrooms with A/C for residents and guests, plenty of tables, chairs and umbrellas.

Beautiful place

The location is perfect, close to Flagler. The condo was very nice, just as described. The host provided many extra's for us to use during our stay like throw blankets, soft cooler,beach chairs and towels. It was a lot of the little things that I really appreciated condiments in the refrigerator, spices, plenty of TP, paper towels,Kleenex,paper plates, dish soap, coffee along with the soaps,candy,soda and rum. Very considerate and kind. I would have booked this unit for next year but its already taken. My advise would be, if its available, book it.

Amazing Property

We are big fans of NSB and this property did not disappoint. The building is smaller so generally quieter than others nearby, which was great! This unit itself is decorated with the utmost of care and attention. It has everything you could possibly ever need, and then some! You can truly come here, drop your bags, enjoy the view and relax. We've stayed at many VRBO properties and many properties all over the world, and Tania's unit is unquestionably the best equipped we have ever encountered. Drawers are full of supplies, from kitchen utensils to dishwasher tabs. The thoughtfulness of the manager is apparent throughout the property and in every communication. The location is fantastic for accessing Flagler Street's shopping and restaurants. You are lucky indeed if you are able to reserve this awesome property!

Best condo and host

Condo was amazing and had so many little extra touches that made it the best condo we have stayed at. Host has really done a great job with candy, soaps, rum and coke, stocking everything one would need and responding very quickly to questions. Would have liked the beach more if it was not for the cars driving on it and parking between us and the ocean playing super loud music from sun up to sundown on several days of our trip. The condo was terrific though.

Fabulous Property

Location of this property can't be beat. This was a return trip & it was again amazing. The owner has thought of everything you could ever need and then some; we always overpack. The beach is awesome here. NSB is an awesome town. Lots of fun restaurants and outdoor dining available. This is a very quiet smaller, well maintained property which is much appreciated. Love having an individual garage to park. Love the taller chairs on the patio to see over the railing. Can't say enough good things about this rental!!!! Thanks, Tania.

Outstanding

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The view was amazing, the beach and pool were relaxing, and the area offered many restaurants and shops within a short walk. The unit was clean and well-stocked with anything we could need. The kitchen had quality appliances and pans, the washer and dryer were new and large, beds were comfortable, and the a/c and ceiling fans worked well, and the linen closet had plenty of towels. There were so many nice "extra" touches that made us feel welcome, such as handmade soaps, bags of m&ms, flowers, and rum & coke. The upgraded wifi and media options (cable, netflix, prime, disney) were appreciated, as well. We also loved the personal notes explaining some unique decorations like the turtle shell and surfboard. This hostess should be paid to do seminars for other renters on how to provide an outstanding guest experience. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect NSB experience! Walking distance to Flagler. Large balcony right on the beach. Spacious throughout. Personal garage full of beach items. The host is unbelievably gracious.
