Great location and size for our group

Perfect for a quick spring break trip for myself, my daughter and her friends. Great location, easy access to the beach and good amenities. Will do it again!

Awesome property!!

This was a wonderful unit. It was fresh and clean. Plenty of Kitchen utensils and a very comfortable environment. Nicely set up and handled 7 people effortlessly. We absolutely oved the property. We are beach people and the fact it was not on the beach was a bit of a pain, but if you are OK across the street and having to go to the beach, this place is excellent. Can' say enough good. Outstanding!

Overall good place to stay

Overall it was good. However, there was just a few things we didn't care for. One being the master bedroom was the room that had the double beds. Next was that the storage keys and garage opener was hidden and took 2 days to find. The last thing was there was only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.(not a huge deal just inconvenient). The walk to the beach was a little inconvenient with kids since the crosswalk was a bit away. If there was a closer place to cross it would have made it better. Overall pretty good place to stay. By far our favorite beach.

Beautiful quiet place near the beach

Condo was in perfect condition. Located near south New Smyrna so no traffic and not many people on the beach. Pools and movie theatre were very nice. Very relaxing stay! Condo is not beachfront and beach view is blocked by beachfront condos. It is about a 1/4 mile walk to the beach entrance. Highly recommend!
