We had a great time in this condo. The property is great and the room was very clean and nice. Beds could use new mattresses but other than that we really enjoyed it!

Expecting More

The view was awesome but expecting more from a Penthouse condo! Could only use one side of balcony with one good chair and one broken. Kitchen exhaust did not work. Could not use master shower. TV tables had layer of dust. No check in info on how to park in garage by using remote had to call. Construction at beach access unsafe path to get to beach and had to listen to generator all day.

Horror Story - Walk don't run from this property!

The view and location were great. The property mgmt company was horrific! We stayed in an 8th floor unit that had a non working elevator for the entire stay. We climbed 8 flights of stairs up and down daily carrying luggage and groceries. When we arrived at the 8th floor, the code they gave us did not work. The balcony door wouldn't open and one of the bathroom doors wouldn't shut. The toaster was broken. Leg of chair on other balcony was broken. Icemaker and water dispenser don't work. They never gave us a pool key. What a mess! They ruined our family vacation. When I told them they said we are sorry for the inconvenience.

A terrible two days

When we arrived on Sunday we had a terrible time getting the lockbox to work. Once inside the master toilet had been used and not flushed. I tried to flush it and it would not work. The second shower nozzle was stripped and on Monday we could not turn the water off at all. I reported this all to the rental company. They were going to bring a plumber out the next day. I was so upset. I went to see the office manager and she had Mike from Ebb Tide come. He was very helpful and fixed everything. Then the vrbo company plumber came after everything was fixed. Everything should have been working upon arrival. Most vrbo places I have used have a welcome booklet available telling about the condo and surrounding area. Once things were fixed we enjoyed the area. I would not rent this unit again.
