Condo was great and well-appointed. Husband was frustrated by the TV, but he is 70 and isn’t fluent with Spectrum. Likely a non-issue for most.

Southwind, NSB

Beautiful spacious condo with a great view, nicely furnished, & well stocked with kitchen items. Loved the lanai high-top table & chairs & full-size washer & dryer. Wish the pool were heated in Feb. & Mar., esp. for us "older" visitors! Our 1st time in NSB. Enjoyed some great restaurants. Hope to return next year. .

Iced Pool and No Open Windows.

Be warned. This condo does not have a heated pool in December! Do not assume that the pool’s description as “seasonally heated” season starts in December or even January (according to the condo office staff I asked). If our family knew this, we would have booked elsewhere as the pool was 67 degrees (we measured it) and basically unusable. The only other disappointment was finding out that you are not allowed to keep any windows open due to “the high salt content in the air”. One of the reasons we want to book a place on the beach is to be able to listen to the waves especially at night. Our check in paper warned us that opening windows would result in a severe penalty/loss of our payment plus $500 and immediate ejection! So, if you don’t mind swimming in ice water and don’t need fresh air breezing through your place everything else is pretty awesome. The place itself is modern and clean. The kitchen layout is larger than most places we’ve stayed at and the appliances are up to date. The views from the master bedroom, living room and balcony are incredible. The ocean is right there! The beach is lovely with great crashing waves and shells to collect. The condo has a cool sitting area that overlooks the ocean that you can sunbathe during the day or star gaze at night.
