Unbeatable vacation spot

The location of the property was perfect. Close enough to town that you could take the bikes (that were included in the rental!) but not on the busiest part of the beach with all of the traffic. Having a pool ON the ocean was perfect for our family. The house(s) were well stocked with everything we needed and more. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone with additional pillows and blankets as well. Having 5 full bathrooms was an added bonus! We woke up and watched the sunrise by the gas fireplace every morning and ended our evenings there as well. We had a couple of small issues during our stay, but the property owners/management were quick to respond and remedy the problems immediately. I wouldn’t plan another trip to New Smyrna without first seeing if this property was available. 10/10

Our stay at the beach was great. Plenty of hospitality from the host, including wine, coffee and cookies. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels available. It was unfortunate that there was alot of beach erosio due to storms

Probably the best location for beach property in New Smyrna Beach! My friends are beach lovers and I am not. They spent the day at the beach and I at the pool. Evenings we cook in the awsome kitchen or out on the grill. Hosts responded to inquiries promptly. Will visit again.

Slice of Heaven

This beautiful property was perfect for our 3 generations of family on non-driving beach. We put babies in back house for quiet naps and adults stayed in pool or porch. Very comfy furniture and beds. Washer and dryer in both homes. Used the bocce balls and surfboards provided on site. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and wine glasses! Dunes were a bit damaged from storms, but steps were easily accessible. Also utilized the cool fire pit after dinner. LL was easy to contact and responsive. Highly recommend.
