“Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!”

“Our room was nice, and clean. Desk staff, and all other staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Small kitchenette was adequate for what we needed. The outlets in the bathroom didin't allow you to plug in the hair dryer. (We bought an extension cord so I could dry my hair in front of a mirror.) The "deck" was too small to actually use, but we prefer to sit by the ocean or pool anyway. The pool areas are nice, as is the beach area. Loved the location. Just a nice (0.25 miles) from……

“I wish I could upload the pictures I took. The furniture was stained and gross. The place smelled of mold. What was really upsetting was the pictures online were beautiful. Once I walked in the kitchen was a dump. The bathroom was gross. I immediately tried to speak with somebody. I was only able to text. They did offer me another suite. I immediately declined. I just wanted to go home. I wish I could have gotten my money back. It is what it is. I know the place was super cheap for the weekend.……

“The room was just okay if you want to just have a sleep before you leave to continue on your trip then it'll be okay but for long-term stays I wouldn't recommend. I had accidentally chosen a smoking room and it did stink of smoke but that's my own mistake won't happen again. the motel is Surely showing its age.”

“Room was so filthy beds had dirt and hair alll over them gross stuff cakes on the dresser on the floor and on the chair there was something so gross on the chair was moldy and everything could’ve easily been cleaned off had been there for so long disgusting the place is disgusting. We had to order all the bedsheets everything and then I had to sweep the room myself. She said she mopped it but there was no way ”
