“The room was clean. Staff spoke clear English and was extremely friendly. If I emailed the hotel before the trip they took an hour or less to reply. When I went to the reception on check in they upgraded our room for free which made us really happy. When I go back to Krakow I would definitely go back to this hotel.”

“Location in the heart of Jewish Kazimierz District, lots of nice cheap restaurants around. You can explore the Area on foot easily, and walking to the Old Town is only 15 min away, which may be less than the waiting time for the Tram! The apartment itself is very nice & super clean. I enjoyed staying in Rm 14 on the 3rd floor, which has a nice open terrace decorated with beautiful plants! I had my breakfast outside with fresh air and flowers. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary……

“I had to give the hotel five stars for staff and service even though there is no staff nor service. You check in by giving your name at the door. The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine. The place is IMO just beautiful, everything about it: the lighting, layout, design. Wow!”

“A really good hotel in a great location. Everything was very clean, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. We stayed on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside, which made for a very peaceful stay. Overall, a super hotel and we would definitely stay here again.”
