「Communication with the host was very smooth and fast from the beginning, and the listing was exactly as had been advertised. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provided great privacy and comfort for a group of colleagues travelling for work. Large communal areas and well-stocked kitchen was appreciated. Ideal location in central Manhattan right close to all major sites, ease of access to public transportation, car hire arrives within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Very posh comfortable, clean, roomy lodging with a very accommodating host. Close to trains and convenience stores. 」

「When I arrived there was an unexpected maintenance issue, but I was able to call the host and he was able to remedy the situation very quickly. The location is great and central to everything! The building is well kept, quiet, and I felt safe. 」

「My family ranging from teenager to 70 thoroughly enjoyed staying at this unique townhome. The stairs are a lot but worth it having a rooftop area and privacy of bedrooms on each level. The location is close to everything and I felt very safe. Leonard was a great host and communicated immediately when we had any questions. 」

"The location is great, right next to Times Square. The hotel is old, and the most uncomfortable thing is the air conditioning, which is too noisy and makes it impossible to sleep. I can only turn off the air conditioning and sleep in the heat."
