“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”

“A perfectly fine option if all you need is a place to sleep in between the hustle and bustle of a NYC trip. There's not a lot extra that it offers, especially when a resort fee was thrown in that I had no idea what it was about. Also hated that I had to pay this at check in and not as part of my entire booking on Expedia - this limited my personal spending budget on the actual trip to NYC when I like to pre book hotels in advance and get that cost out of the way. The experience with the staff……

“地处下城中心，去巴特利公园或者华尔街步行几分钟即可。交通便利，前台服务好，18号晚问前台小伙子去巴特利公园怎么走，请他帮忙设导航，服务态度极好，有耐心。 房间小，走廊狭窄，住在电梯旁边的房间，半夜12点前一直听到客人上下电梯的声音，感觉吵。”
