“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“Junior and Armanda were exceptionally helpful and accommodating! After a fiscal with parking, Junior was able to rectify the issue and offered additional support for my daughters and I! Extraordinary view of the city and security was always around. Breakfast was delicious and not like a full service, but offered us just what we needed to start the day. Exceptional location real close to Time Square. We enjoyed everything about this location and the extremely helpful staff. Definitely a place to……
