"Friendly, attentive, competent staff who went above and beyond for us during out stay. From our warm welcome at the front desk, to the friendly housekeepers we encountered daily on our floor. A gentleman at the front desk even prepared us hot water for tea after hours when the complementary tea and coffee station had been put away for the evening. It was really nice having these beverages available, along with naturally flavoured water all day long. Our room was spotless, updated, very comfortable bedding, no bizarre smells, and fast elevators. We couldn't hear the busy streets below being so high up. We will be choosing Hyatt Regency Time Square for our next trip to NYC. "
