"If for no other reason, book this for the amazing breakfast! Truly everything you could want- eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, cereal, oatmeal etc! It’s walking distance to Times Square, it takes about 15 minutes to get to central Times Square. The bed and pillows were comfy, we were on the 16th floor and our room was so quiet. Ample elevators, 4 and they move fast. We especially liked the location for walking back from Broadway shows at night. I’m a female traveling with my 2 kids and I felt safe. "

"Room clean. Staff friendly. Complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste was appreciated. Wake up call was prompt. Premium city view was very nice. Long lines for elevator. Also, one elevator is closed for long periods. They must not have a back of house elevator so the alternative is blocking one from public use. Would stay again. Maybe not so high up. "
